Yes: The standard 28 day cycle can vary among individual pts. Fertility is more dependent on the day of ovulation (releasing an egg). 14 days are generally needed from ovulation to 1st day of cycle to determine fertility. If you ovulate on day 10, you can get preg with a 24 day cycle.
