my blood pressure has always been normal. but the last two visits after my pregnancy it has been 100/70 , (usually 120/80) i get dizzy frequently now?

Blood pressure: Early in the second trimester, most women experience a drop in blood pressure and increase in pulse that sometimes causes lightheadedness or dizziness. Make sure you stay well hydrated and certainly the pressures you list are normal.
