STD: This sounds like it could be an std - you should definitely get examined and tested. If they are raised, it may be herpes but other stds are possible. If not an std, it may be a skin infection.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are sexually active STD needs to be ruled out.
