Nothing yet, but: The artificial pancreas is being developed. It will be an Insulin pump which receives blood sugars from an in the body sensor, then deliver Insulin based on preset formulae. It will be a closed system so that it will automatically "know" how much Insulin to deliver and when to deliver it. Otherwise, no cure yet, but scientists continue to pursue this aggressively.
