Clarify?: If high-grade dysplasia was detected in even one, you've got it -- see if you can get two pathologists to sign on it. If you're concerned that high-grade dysplasia was missed, then repeating the procedure might be worthwhile simply to allay your fears. Talk frankly with your endoscopist -- he/she will take your wishes into account.
