Wait on cephalexin: There's nothing you're describing that makes me think this is an infection... Which is what you would take Cephalexin for. I would strongly recommend seeing a doctor before taking any antibiotics. When you take antiobitics when you don't need to, you run the risk of unnecessary allergic reactions, yeast infections, and resistant bacteria. Please see your doctor and get a thorough exam.
