Fuhrman vs Paner: The paner grading system in am j surg pathol. September 2010 is based on nuclear crowding and actual anaplasia, and is probably superior to the fuhrman since all chromophobes, despite their generally better prognosis over clear-cells, have biggish nuclei. The fuhrman can't be translated to paner chromophobe grade. You should be commended for your proactive approach.
