Outcome is good.: Overall, this means that the outcome for this is good compared to other conditions, or at least, other renal cancers. This cancer is less likely to spread or less aggressive than other kidney cancers, and so survival is improved.

Likely to be cured: This has been discussed before but this is a less agressive variation of kidney cancer. It is uncommon. Most patients are found with a very early stage and many patients do well. In medicine, tumors don't always "read the book" and do what they are supposed to do. So there are some bad outcomes for this tumor. We doctors use word like favorable just in case.
