Chronic leukemia usually is asymptomatic at presentation and diagnosis is made from abnormal blood work. Acute leukemia can be presented with symptoms such as fatigue, anemia, low platelet , easy bruising/bleeding, frequent infection, weight loss, bony pain, fever, etc.
