Some thoughts...: If you don't smoke, aren't above 50, have no high blood pressure or high cholesterol, your risk of having something bad with the heart is less than if you did have these things. For someone young and healthy, we think of things like cartilage/muscle irritation, reflux. If it's not going away, ou should have a thorough history and physical to figure out what's going on.
