Possibly, depending: This depends on how severely depressed you are, how your lifestyle is (diet, exercise, sleep, etc) and what kind of supports you have in your life. Also your genetics may affect the outcome too. Accompanying symptoms, other things you've already tried, any substance use, etc will all play a part in this. A psychiatrist could help you sift through all these things and create a reasonable plan.
