Depends: Ideal weight is based on height and is based on a measurement known as body mass index (bmi). An ideal bmi is between 18.5–24.9. For example, someone who is 5'4" should weigh between 110-145lbs. Depends: I can't calculate that since i don't have enough information. The classic calculation which is your body mass index (bmi) is based on your gender, weight, and height. You can easily find those tables on the internet. However, if you don't have an average female build (more muscular or minimally muscular), that may not be an accurate value.
