Bites: It depends on what you mean by " worse." if his has difficulty breathing or swallowing, or the swelling is drastically worsening, he needs to be seen again...And immediately. Likely, he is having a reaction to the bite as well as he might have a bit of a skin infection (cellulitis) starting secondary to the bite. Either way, you should see a doctor.
