No: No drug associated causation of multiple sclerosis has ever been proven.

NEVER: The cause of ms is unknown, but there are autoimmune aspects, genetic susceptibilities, and environmental triggers. Although the drug Cipro (ciprofloxacin) may make ms temporarily worse, it does not cause the disease. Some medicines should not be mixed with ms drugs, but that is a very lengthy discussion. In short, there is no relationship between drugs and eventual ms.

MS and drugs: No MS cannot be caused by medication side effects. Conditions similar to MS can be caused by injecting or inhaling toxic substances, if you mean these kinds of drugs, please avoid all of them.
