Recommend followup. : From the photograph, there appears to be a flat area of increased skin pigmentation on the glans penis. Although there are no features that immediately suggest malignancy, I do recommend you see a urologist or dermatologist, who can perform a proper history and physical exam, then follow the appearance of the lesion over time. I single snapshot is not as useful as multiple observations over time.
