Not exactly: Most patients with gallstones describe upper abdominal bloating or pressure pains, worse after eating. Sometimes nausea & vomiting. Sometimes there can be severe upper abdominal pain.

Biliary colic : Gallstone attacks might feel like a baby kick. Generally biliary colic is right sided, above the umbilicus, lasts 20 minutes or longer, associated with nausea and occasional vomiting. Fatty foods make it worse. Go for a surgery consult. Gallstones can be dangerous to your overall health.
