Blood in stool: Coffee grounds or black, tarry stools suggest gastrointestinal bleeding from the stomach or small intestine. Bright red blood in the feces suggests bleeding in the colon or from hemorrhoids. It could be that you have an ulcer in your stomach or duodenum. The presence of watery diarrhea for one year suggests a condition called zollinger-ellison syndrome. Do you have abdominal pain as well? See md.
