Diarrhea: Hi. Diarrhea signifies a problem. If it persists, see your doc. It can lead to dehydration, so be sure to drink plenty (things like Gatorade are good, but at least get plenty of water). Dark can be due to blood from the upper GI tract or from green leafy veggies, so may or may not be relevant. "Coffee grounds" appearance only matters in barf, where blood in stomach acid, then barfed, looks like

Investigate: You should see your doctor. Coffee grounds might suggest blood in the stool from a high up source in the intestinal tract. This needs investigation. Do not hesistate. Please see your doctor ASAP.
