Many things: I assume you had an ultrasound already cause uf your have not that would be the first thing to make sure u ahve a viable preg in teh uterus and teh us can check for ovarian cysts, fibroids , etc, if the pain is none of those could be gas or the ligamnents stercthing as the uterus grows, your OB can chek u in the office.
