Should be fine!: Undress and check out all parts of your infant's body for any bumps, bruises or abrasions/deformities. Gently touch all areas to check for tenderness. Likely, you were lucky with this incident and all should be well. Persistent fussy behavior, vomiting, sleeping, or changes in his/her behavior/affect would be halmarks of getting an evaluation sooner than later.
