I have been taking ptb medications. will my cxr improve in a month after i startwd taking the medicines?

It can, but...: ...Its far more important that your cultures or sputum smears clear of the organism. After one month, if your cxr is not better, we might not do anything different, but if your cultures stay positive, we would probably change your medications. The cehst x-ray improvement will lag behind the more important microbiologic response.
