Eye traums: If the trauma was severe enough to cause a conjunctival hemorrhage it could also cause internal eye problems. It would be best to see an ophthalmologist who can evaluate for any internal eye problems.

Maybe not: A broken blood vessel on the iodide of the eye is called a sub-conjunctival hemorrhage. It can make the eye feel heavy or teary, but does not affect vision. If your vision is blurred see tie ophthalmologist.
