Antibiotics: I assume the extractions where on the left side. Antibiotics should help, which i assume your dentist has you on. It's still too early to know if those symptoms are permanent. It take two full months for a tooth extraction site to heal on average. See your dentist if you are worried.

Follow up: Question #1 is can you make normal facial expressions like smiling, winking with your left eye, etc. If not, we are talking about some kind of damage to the facial nerve which would be very uncommon after oral surgery. The earache doesn't worry me as much as that can be due to inflammation in the TMJ from pressure during the procedure. Follow up with either an oral surgeon your dentist.
