My daughter is a very picky eater so i give her pediasure, usually only 1 a day. today she is asking for a second, is it ok for her to have two?

Expensive treat: Pediasure is an expensive supplement & would not hurt if she had more than 1/day. You might find a flavor she likes of the carnation essentials & get a similar product for less than half the cost. The packets added to milk are similar in nutrition content.
