Fatigue: So many supplements are advertised for energy. Most of them are just caffeine or some form of natural stimulant and not proven. There is one thing that may help energy in a natural way, potassium magnesium aspartate. Find it at a health food store. Nothing helps fatigue better than getting 8 hours of sleep and eating healthy and getting some exercise. A check up will show if there is any problem.

Lifestyle change: Low carb diet (plenty of flesh foods, eggs, vegetables, olive oil, some saturated fat) is the key. Inflammation causing foods such as grains, lentils, milk products ( except for butter or small amount or raw cheeses) should be eliminated. Atleast 30 min of sun at noon time is very important. Alternatively, take vit D3 5000 IU/day. Supplements are only add-ons. Vit Bcomplex, probiotics may help.
