Honeymoon cystitis: You dont mention if your pains are during (initial penetration, or deep) intercourse. Also, were your UTIs self diagnosed? or diagnosed by culture from your doctor. Some women will get urethral irritation due to intercourse, which causes pain with urination that can be confused with UTI. This could also cause burining with intercourse. You need a thorough exam to determine the source of your pain
