Don't worry: Easy for me to say, right? But seriously, it is normal to feel some anxiety and apprehension while preparing for child birth. Common in fact. Rest assured that the labor & delivery suite where you'll have your baby is both accustomed to and well equiped to handle all of your needs. Please discuss your concerns with your obstetrician. Best wishes.

Fear of Unknown: Share your concerns with your treating provider. Discuss the treatment plan and what staff and resources will be available during delivery. The fear of the unknown is very common. One way to combat that is to educate yourself, trust in your medical staff, prepare as much as you can and then let go and have faith. Keep your focus in the present and on what you can control.
