Usually unknown: Diet plans that are not studied with good scientific research cannot prove they have the benefits they claim. That means they can say many things, and the "customer" testimonials can say many things, but their claims are just claims. There's little or no proof that their claims are true, unless there is scientific research. Side effects are often unknown or maybe unreported.
