Less in: The best diet for anyone is to eat less calories than you burn. This is the best "diet". It can be accomplished by decreasing intake, or increased calories burned.

Anti-inflammatory: The anti- inflammatory diet is rich in vegetables, low in grains, avoids refined and processed foods, including sugar and alcohol. Includes fatty fish and flax. Spices like turmeric, ginger, rosemary, and frankincense are strongly anti- inflammatory.
