Rash & itching: If allergy happens sometimes on a spot on the foot, there will likely be a rash and itching on that spot. Rash and itching on places on feet can also be due to eczema (that may or may not be due to an allergic reaction). Also, some people get tinea pedis (athlete's foot) rashes.
