Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. The type of process (inflammatory, infectious, growth, allergic, bug) and the location among other factors that help differntiate what is going on. Its both sides and only feet so cancer is right out. Circulatory, allergic and bug are not impossible.
