Is Lyrica (pregabalin) in the US: Pregabalin (lyrica) is is an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain medication prescribed for partial seizures, management of postherpetic neuralgia (nerve pain caused by the shingles varicella zoster virus), or management of fibromyalgia (a condition where one has muscle and connective tissue pains). As a medication, it hopefully will improve symptoms if one has such conditions.
