Return of symptoms!: I agree that you can experience serotonin discontinuation syndrome when stopping cymbalta, (duloxetine) which can feel like having the flu and sometimes strange sensations as well. As a result it should be tapered if possible with the help of your provider. This is pretty rare with Cymbalta (duloxetine) however; of greater concern is the possibility that your symptoms could recur, you should discuss this with your doc also.
