Withdrawal: Some patients may experience withdrawal symptoms when they suddenly discontinue snri like Cymbalta (duloxetine) which may cause anxiety tingling or electic. Sensations so medication should be tapered off in consultation with your physician.

Return of symptoms!: I agree that you can experience serotonin discontinuation syndrome when stopping cymbalta, (duloxetine) which can feel like having the flu and sometimes strange sensations as well. As a result it should be tapered if possible with the help of your provider. This is pretty rare with Cymbalta (duloxetine) however; of greater concern is the possibility that your symptoms could recur, you should discuss this with your doc also.
