A member asked:

53 yo on 60 mg cymbalta (duloxetine) for 6 yrs. bad word retrieval issues last 2 yrs. is cymbalta (duloxetine) the cause and will decreasing dose help symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dysnomia: Antidepressants frequently cause word- finding difficulties. Lowering the dose can cause a risk of a depressive relapse. Also, in my experience lowering the dose does not often solve the problem.
