Cyst: The most likely DX is a sebacous cyst. I would recommend a derm to know what it is.

Need to see doctor: If you see a board certified facial specialist or dermatologist, they will be able to at least narrow it down to a few possibilities by examining it, the location, and asking you some history about it. Possibilities are a cyst (dermoid or sebaceous), lymph node, bone growth (osteoma), foreign body, or tumor. Depending on several factors, it may be nothing, or it may be something to work up.
