Several: Sebaceous cyst-like a big zit that does not empty. Have someone look art it.Usually has a small puncta- orifice that may drain. If no puncta may be fibroma or neurofibromas or lipoma. There are a lot of other possibles, but at your age these are more common. See pcp.
