Take Advil (ibuprofen) .: I assume they suspect an infection. Antibiotics will take several days to help, if its an infection. If not better in 5-6 days you must see a doctor for follow up. If if the pain subsides, i would still recommend a follow up.Meanwhile few advils (ibuprofen) may reduce your pain.
