UTI: It seems like a urinary tract infection. If nitrities are positive and elevated white blood cells then you should get therarpy. With your medical hx as seen above i assume you might be a little more at risk of developing infections.

Not necessarily but: If this persists for more than a few days , you need to talk to your doctor again especially if the urine culture turns out to be normal.
