MORE INFORMATION?: Really need more information but if you have been only on 150 mg there are several options. First of course speak with your physician. The dose may increase but you may need to also consider augmenting with another antidepressant that helps with anxiety and boosts serotonin like Lexapro (escitalopram) for example. Also need to see if anything else is different like sleep alcohol drugs new meds etc.
