Not necessarily: It depends if anything is done with the abnormality. In addition, it may just show fibrous tissue and thickening. It also depends on your age. Hope this helps.

It's possible: If the abnormality was not fully evaluated/treated it will probably still be there. Also, having an abnormality one year does not decrease the probability that you could have a different abnormality the next year.
