High: There are several reasons for an abnormal mammogram and most of those are benign. If the changes are not concerning and are not changing from year to year then it is not concerning, however if there is change or if an area looks concerning then a biopsy may be necessary.

Mammogram: Not sure I understand. If there was an abnormality previously, if it was not treated or evaluated it will probably still be there.
