Lipoleimyoma: These are pretty rare, so i haven't seen much information on them. From what i gather, the ones that are asymptomatic require no treatment. If yours caused enough pain or bleeding that you needed a hysterectomy, then i assume there would be no further treatment because the lipoleimyoma is completely gone. But i'll defer to my surgical gyn colleagues to see if they have any more insight.

Lipoleiomyoma: Lipoleiomyomas are a rare tumor that are almost always benign (ie not going to spread). Once removed you should be fine. Upon removing anything, specimens is always sent to the pathology department of the hospital for evaluation. A reports will be generated which your surgeon will get and generally review with you at your postoperative visit.
