Nonspecific: While the data are not necessarily diagnostic or a particular disease, small bowel bacterial overgrowth is a little known disease that could be responsible for te problem. See a GI doc for a consultation.

Could also: Be diverticulitis, i would see either a GI doctor or colorectal surgeon promptly. A delay in diagnosis can be very serious.
