No worries: The most common way for a fetus to present at 38 weeks is with the back of the head closest to the cervix and turned slightly to the mother's left. This is termed left occiput anterior, or loa. Although loa is the most common presentation, roa, or right occiput anterior, is not uncommon and is not associated with any increased complications.
