May interact: Topamax (topiramate) is a seizure medication that is being used for migraines. There are reports of interaction with birth control pills. There can be less protection from the bcps and less benefit from the topamax (topiramate). Migraines can get worse with bcps. Consider iud. Consider depoprovera.
