Ignore it: Sounds fine to me. I would not worry even if these numbers are a bit outside the range that the lab finds for most people.

Agree with Dr. F: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is not a cause for concern.
