Yes and No.: Exhausted and tired are pretty general symptoms and could represent anything. Not very likely to be diabetes unless of course you also had..... Frequent urination, insatiable thirst and hunger, wt loss, blurry vision, abdominal pain, sweet smell to urine, fruity breath and rapid breathing.
