Improve diabetes : Tiredness could be a manifestation of uncontrolled diabetes.
Improving blood sugars with targeting pre meal blood sugars 80-140, will help improve the tiredness.
Stomach pain and back pain symptoms are not related to the diabetes.

See your doctor: You need to follow up with your doctor. These complaints are too vague and there are multiple diagnoses that need to be ruled out with a comprehensive medical exam, likely lab work, and maybe other studies. In short, your simple question could have thousands of different answers. It would be best if your doctor handled this. Make sure you have a record of bp, pulse, and glucose readings.
