Round Ligament Pain: Typically lateral inguinal pain in pregnancy can be related to rlp. If the pain is sharp, well localized, less with rest or with abdominal support; you most likely have this. Support garments designed for use in pregnancy help. If you note a bulge, radiating pain, severe pain even with rest, fever, chills, or loss of appetite; see your doc to r/o hernia, infection, or other problems. Take care.
