There : There are very few injuries as frustrating as groin pulls. They can take a very extended amount of time to heal. The only things you can do are gentle exercise and stretching. But nothing really makes a huge difference in the healing process. You can see a physical therapist and licensed massage therapist which may help. It is a long, slow process, and I am sorry that this happened to you.
